We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Note that government filing fees paid directly to USCIS are non-refundable by us.

In no event shall ImmigrationPrep or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ImmigrationPrep's website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
